My Course Result Sheet for Even Semester of Academic Year 2023/2024 or My Second Semester in Indonesia Open University

My KHS (Kartu Hasil Studi or Course Result Sheet in English) for even semester (my second semester) of academic year 2023/2024 in Indonesia Open University. I got a GPA of 3.88 for my second semester and my cumulative GPA is 3.77 (two semesters). Yokatta, thank you for myself.

 

This semester grades are out from 12 August, 2024. As you can see, out of these five courses I got A's in four and an A- in one (the lecturer doesn't like me, there's a story for that). If I get all A's, my second semester's GPA will definitely be 4.00, but that's okay.

I was so happy when I see this, really. Alright, let's go! I need to keep up this good work for my third semester. My mom told me not to post this but I posted it anyway (I will keep doing that until my final semester). Especially for my friends, what do you think guys?

My Course Result Sheet for Odd Semester of Academic Year 2023/2024 or My First Semester in Indonesia Open University

My KHS (Kartu Hasil Studi or Course Result Sheet in English) for odd semester (my first semester) of academic year 2023/2024 in Indonesia Open University. I got a GPA of 3.68 for my first semester, it exceeds the target I made previously, to get a GPA of 3.50. Yokatta, thank you for myself. 

I first said this to one of my best friends and she was very happy with it. Semester grades are out from 31 January, 2023 but they are still temporary and can still be changed by students who want to change them until 7 February, 2024 when the grades can no longer be changed. 

 

My reaction was normal when I saw my GPA. Just stay relaxed, whatever the result, I will accept it. Now I'm waiting for the course result sheet for the even semester (even though the even semester lectures haven't started yet).

New Home Screen Wallpaper for My Smartphone

Ah, yesterday I have changed the home screen wallpaper of my smartphone. The previous wallpaper was almost 2 years old. The image I made into this wallpaper is a photo of the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center. The reason why I use this photo as wallpaper is because I fell in love with these two towers and also because I want to go to America. Someday, I will be in America. 🗽🇺🇸

I'm Officially A Student at the Indonesia Open University!

Yokatta! Now I'm officially a student at the Indonesia Open University (Universitas Terbuka, UT). Ah, so happy, finally became a student again. I majored in English Literature Specialized in Translation Studies.

I chose UT not only because of the cheap tuition fees but also because the UT environment suits me very well, its flexibility is godly good I think. There is no reason for me not to be able to graduate on time, let alone I am diligent in studying.

Since the beginning of registering at UT until now everything has gone well, no problems have occurred and hopefully it will always be like that. I feel so powerful now, I can't wait to do my college assignments.

Now I'm waiting for my teaching materials to arrive at my address, no later than 7 days after payment of tuition fees. Yesterday I already paid for the tuition so maybe the teaching materials are being sent to me now. When the books arrive, I can read them.

This is a summary of my UT journey until now:

• 09/02/2023: I chose UT 
• 05/05/2023: I went to the UT branch office to ask for the amount of my major's tuition
• 25/05/2023: I registered at UT
• 26/05/2023: I paid for the registration fee
• 14/06/2023: I went to the UT branch office to ask for (I forgot)
• 23-03/06/2023:  I was filling my biodata
• 04/07/2023: I went to the UT branch office to upload files 
• 06/07/2023: I registered for the courses
• 07/07/2023: I paid for the college tuition 

I have to read more of my course materials because I'm now a student. What should be prioritized is the course material this semester. You can see all the courses in my major at this link. I don't have to hide it you know, it's public information.

My Course Result Sheet for Odd Semester of Academic Year 2022/2023 in Sam Ratulangi University

My KHS (Kartu Hasil Studi or in English Course Result Sheet) for odd semester of academic year 2022/2023. This is my first and last semester result sheet at Sam Ratulangi University because I won't continue my study on Sam Ratulangi University in the next semester or in my semester 2.

I don't want to continue at Sam Ratulangi University for many reasons, but the main one is because the rectorate still enforces online lectures except for semesters 4, 6 and 8 based on the latest regulations. I'm fed up with online lectures, I pay a lot just to study online, I can't fully enjoy all the campus facilities, fuck. My tuition fee per semester is IDR 3,000,000. It's not just me who doesn't like it, a lot of my friends are annoyed by this. 

You know why there is one subject where the score is zero, that's because I didn't take the final semester exam but I didn't take the final exam because I was kicked out of the class group on WhatsApp by the lecturer and she is the dean of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences of Sam Ratulangi University Ma'am Maya Pingkan Warouw, just because I argued with her (there's a lot of evidence). This is also one of the reasons why I don't want to continue studying here anymore.

At least my semester grade point average reached a minimum (GPA 2.0) so I could continue to the next semester. Because according to Sam Ratulangi University regulations, a student must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 in order to continue to the next semester.

Actually, if I had no problems at all from the beginning until now since I entered college and also completed all assignments, I could get A's in all subjects. But, furthermore, academic grades do not determine whether someone is smart or not. Grades are not everything, the main thing is the enthusiasm to want to learn and learn wherever and whenever.
